Slieve Bloom Walking Festival 2025
Celebrating 29 Years of Walking Adventures!

Join the Slieve Bloom Walking Club as we celebrate our 29th year with a fantastic weekend of guided walks through the stunning landscapes of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. Taking place from Saturday, 3rd May to Monday, 5th May, the festival offers something for everyone - from woodland trails and riverside strolls to more challenging hikes across gentle rolling hills.

Our experienced walk leaders will guide you through the routes, sharing stories about local history, geology, and the area’s unique flora and fauna along the way.

Walk options include A, B, and C grade walks on both Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, we offer a Grade A 12km walk, which will take approximately 4 hours to complete.
